This workshop will provide an excellent starting point to learn tips and skills to effectively manage the daily stressors we face at home, work and in all other facets of our lives with ease and improved self-control. The two-hour workshop will include a 20-minute meditation and muscle relaxation session which will be beneficial to parents, caretakers or anyone who experiences difficulty focusing, managing time, or just staying calm. The techniques introduced in this workshop can also help address issues with mood swings, anxiety, depression, and related symptoms. A question and answer session will follow, so feel free to bring your specific concerns!
