Life Skills Group for Teens

The group works with both male and female students ages 11-18.  High school students have the opportunity to mentor the middle school youth, as well as co-facilitate group topics.  Topics may include, but are not limited to: building self-esteem, coping with bullying, recovery from self-harm and negative coping skills, managing performance anxiety, appreciating diversity, struggling with change, understanding family dynamics, art and music therapy, anger management, grief counseling techniques, letting go of resentment, identifying black and white thinking and irrational thoughts. 

Cost: $30 per session
