I am a mind-body wellness coach, integrative personal trainer, massage, and energy therapist. I have more than 40 years of experience working with children, children, teens, adults, senior adults with mental and physical disabilities.

My focus is on mental, physical emotional health, and wellness. I have worked with people, one to one privately as well as groups and numerous locations from their homes, schools, rehab centers, senior adult facilities, chiropractic, yoga, and fitness centers to large and small companies and group homes for developmentally disabled adults and teens.

We provide our services in your location, our facilities, or remotely. We do whatever we can to help you achieve your desired or goals. We have a team of health/wellness professionals that we can bring in when needed or desired.
