STAR services through CarePlus was designed to serve individuals in the counties of Morris County who have a history of Opiate Use. STAR is a voluntary service that works with individuals to stabilize their recovery within their communities.
| Eligibility | Adults residing in Morris County (shelters, couch surfing, etc.) with OUD (Opioid Use Disorder) who is in need of case management and recovery support in the community. These services will be for 12 months and is FREE. |
