The nationally acclaimed course, “Family Connections,” offers a lifeline to families dealing with Borderline Personality Disorder in a loved one.  Developed by the National Education Alliance for Borderline Personality Disorder (NEABPD), this skills-based, 12-session course is coming to Sussex County, NJ this February, sponsored by NAMI Sussex.  The course will meet Sunday evenings, 6:30-8:30 p.m., Feb. 24-May 19, at the Unitarian Fellowship Hall, 1 West Nelson St., in Newton.  The course provides skills training for families based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).  To register, go online to www.borderlinepersonalitydisorder.org/family-connections/family-connections-pre-registration-form/ or call Marcy at 845-258-8240.  The course is free, but a $50 donation is requested.  No one will be turned away for financial reasons.
