Alpine Learning Group's Transition Programs have openings for the 2025-2026 school year!
Our school utilizes the principals of Applied Behavior Analysis and their assessments to create goals and implement teaching strategies that result in long lasting behavior change. We have two tracks including the Business Academy and our Success Academy. The differences between the two tracks are below:
Business Academy
- Graduates from this program have gone on to have at least part-time employment, mentoring supports through DDD services, and somehave enrolled in college coursework
- Serves individuals ages 16-21
- 3:1 student: teacher ratio
Success Academy
- Graduates from this program have gone on to have part-time supported employment as well as day programming/mentoring supports through DDD services
- Serves individuals ages 14-21
- 2:1 student: teacher ratio
All students enrolled in the above programs are provided with support from our team as they transition to adult services. 100% of our graduates have left our programs with employment if this was their goal! We support each student and their family with the DDD application, DVRS applications, job development, identifying activities as appropriate in adulthood, connections to travel training and Access Link, as well as assistance with financial planning for the future.
Our learners participate in 4-6 different internships across the week! Daily community participation.
