Our individual counseling sessions cater to diverse mental health needs, offering personalized support to individuals seeking guidance on their unique journeys (ages 5 and up)

In addition to individual counseling, we are proud to introduce our specialized support groups, including the "Disordered Eating and Body Image Group" two groups.  One for adults and one for teens (ages 11-18) Recognizing the unique challenges faced by different age groups, these support groups aim to address the specific needs of individuals struggling with self-esteem, body image concerns, or disordered eating habits.
