A small practice of practitioners collaborating with area agencies and specialists to provide timely evidence-based interventions to those in need. Hollander Counseling and Consulting also provides training, supervision, and consultation to individual practitioners and agencies.

Mrs. Hollander has been working with youth in a variety of settings since 2004. She has vast experience in a wide array of emotional and behavioral issues that present in adolescence. Specialties include trauma and LGBTQI topics. Ms. Hollander also contracts with agencies to provide board-approved supervision as well as training.
Dawn Conroy, MSW, LSW

Ms. Conroy is a licensed social worker practicing under the supervision of Mrs. Hollander. She strives to provide compassionate, non-judgmental, and client-centered therapeutic services to those in need of a safe place to discover their own resolution to life’s problems. Ms. Conroy specializes in trauma as well as adolescents overcoming behavioral and emotional challenges.
Evaluation and recommendations
Ideal for children and adolescents presenting in school with evidence of depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, self-injurious behavior, substance use, homicidal or suicidal concerns.
Individual, group, family counseling
Services are provided as needed to address a wide array of emotional and behavioral issues. Providers employ a variety of techniques from protocols such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and more.
