The NJ Self-Help Group Clearinghouse is a statewide service that helps people find and form all types of self-help support groups.
We maintain a keyword-searchable database of nearly 8,700 self-help group meetings on our website www.NJGroups.org for addictions, abuse, bereavement, disabilities, health, mental health, family, parenting, caregiving, and more.
We also help people to start new self-help-support groups free of charge. We offer workshops statewide on starting and facilitating groups. All services are free of charge.
