Case management services to any family in Sussex County who has a child under the age of 22 with special health needs. Case management services are free, however some referral programs have fees attached to them.  Services include New Jersey Early Intervention Services, Case Management and resources for children and adults with special needs.

Eligibility	Residents of Sussex County with children age 0-22.
