The New Jersey Council on Developmental Disabilities, SPAN Parent Advocacy Network, and the New Jersey Department of Education are hosting school transportation safety listening sessions. The new Director of the Office of School Bus Safety, James Scaringelli, and the Special Education Ombudsman, Cynthia Hoenes-Saindon, would like to hear from individuals with disabilities and their families about their experiences and concerns with school transportation for students for disabilities.
