Our supportive, therapist-led group provides a safe and welcoming environment where children can practice new skills, connect with peers, and grow socially through fun and engaging activities. Participants will learn how to initiate and maintain conversations, better understand and manage their emotions, develop effective stress-management strategies, strengthen conflict-resolution skills, and build cognitive flexibility when facing challenges. Throughout the group, children are encouraged to build confidence, enhance self-esteem, and develop meaningful, healthy friendships.
