Our supportive, therapist-led group provides a safe and welcoming environment where children can build social skills, connect with peers, and gain confidence through engaging and interactive activities. Participants will learn how to start and maintain conversations, strengthen active listening skills, manage emotions, cope with stress, and navigate a variety of social challenges and conflicts. Throughout the group, children are encouraged to develop self-confidence, enhance self-esteem, and build meaningful, healthy friendships that support their growth both in and outside of the group setting.
