The Association for Special Children and Families (ASCF) is a not-for-profit family support organization of parents who have children with disabilities.

Our purposes are to help children with disabilities develop to their full potential, to inform, educate and support parents in achieving this, to educate the general public about the disabilities, and to communicate with legislative bodies to protect their rights.
