Capitol Care

Capitol Care provides day habilitation and residential services for adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Anyone eligible under the Division of Developmental Disabilities should inquire directly or through their Support Coordinator.

Our participants lead productive, rewarding, and social lives with individualized goals and supports. Our services are licensed through the New Jersey Department of Human Services and Division of Developmental Disabilities and consistently demonstrate the highest service quality year after year.

Residential Services
Our residential programs are designed specifically for adults with Developmental/Intellectual Disabilities who would benefit from a dynamically structured group learning experience. Our core beliefs of individual choice, personal empowerment, community inclusion, and adaptive supports drive every service we provide.

Adult Day Program
Living a fulfilling, social, and active life is something that we at Capitol Care promote and assist the individuals we serve to accomplish. Capitol Care serves adults 21 years or older with intellectual/developmental disabilities and those dually diagnosed with mental health disorders. Our individuals reach their goals through group lessons in supportive employment, pre-vocational training, personal development, educational skills, technology, and life skills in our modern service locations and community-based outings. Each individual creates a schedule based on their needs and their dreams and goals.

Our person-centered staff is passionate about providing the highest quality of services to promote the emotional and relational potential of all people. We ensure that our individual voices are heard and that they have input into the development of their plans and goals.

Capitol Care's Adult Day services run Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm in our Stanhope, NJ location.
