Grief can bring us to our knees. Our entire worlds can become a place of unfamiliar territory - from emotions to surroundings. At times, we may feel misunderstood and lonely.

Daylight Grief understands that grief is a natural response to when we experience the loss of a loved one - whether sudden or expected. Daylight Grief strives to cultivate a space where your grief is held, explored and validated for as long as it takes.  We provide support to Adults who have experienced a loss.

Grief is universal but our grief response is individual. That is why we offer a variety of services to adults experiencing the loss of a loved one. Our approach is holistic in nature, taking into account the nuances of each individual’s experience. We offer individual support, 8-week groups and monthly support groups.
