The Dover Free Public Library offers free resources including:

• Books, DVDs, and audiobooks
• Computer use
• WiFi that extends to JFK Park
• Solar charger for phones, iPods, etc.
• Study room spaces
• Programming and events for all ages
• Notary (call ahead)
• and more!

Items can be borrowed using a Dover Free Public Library card or library card from any library in the MAIN Library Alliance. Signing up is free for residents, employees, and students of Dover with a proof of residence/employment/school enrollment in Dover. A library card also grants free access to apps including:

• Libby for eBooks, eAudiobooks, and digital magazines
• Comics Plus for digital comic books
• LOTE4Kids for digital picture books in over 100 languages
• Kanopy for for movies and television streaming
• Mango Languages for language learning

We also offer several other services for a small fee:

• Printing/copying - $0.25/page in black & white; $0.50/page in color
• Faxing for $1.00/page
• Large format printing for prices ranging from $5.00-$18.00/per poster
