InStride Health focuses on serving youth ages 7-22 with moderate to severe anxiety and OCD.

Our services are delivered virtually, with the intent of helping kids stay in school and achieve lasting change. We provide each patient and their family with a coordinated care team consisting of a psychiatrist, therapist, and coach, and we oversee medication management, individual therapy, group therapy (both for patients and for caregivers), and coaching.

Our care team is available 24/7 to offer both proactive and inbound support for reinforcing learnings in therapy and addressing the natural bumps in the road that can occur as progress continues. We are insurance-based (and our results mirror in-person treatment results.
