Welcome! My name is Liana. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and the owner of Nurish Life Counseling. I offer individual, couples, and family counseling for adolescents and adults. I have extensive experience assisting clients with a variety of needs, but my specialty involves helping clients navigate challenges related to complex health conditions and overall wellness.

I specialize in chronic illness counseling with a subspecialty in counseling for autoimmune disorders and invisible illnesses such as narcolepsy, lupus, and more. During our time, we will work on ways to help you enhance self-compassion, develop skills to manage life stressors, and improve your overall well-being.
