Invesitgates allegation of abuse, neglect, and exploitation of the elderly, blind, or disabled adults age 18 or over.  The Division of Social Services is the legally designated office to invertigate concerns about about an elderly, disabled, or blind person.  Division staff have participated in at least 90 hours of training specifically related to APS.  Persons with concerns should contact the Division of Social Services.

Eligibility	Residents of Sussex County who are elderly, blind or disabled adults, age 18 or over.
