Out-of-School Youth Program
Operates through service "vendors" located in Morris, Sussex, and Warren counties. Vendors provide work readiness training, GED tutoring, and career-building assistance crucial to helping youth achieve their employment and educational goals.

On-the-Job Training
Assists employers with the cost of hiring and training a new employee. Emploers can be reimbursed 50% of the hourly wage of the employee for a maximum of 640 hours or $4,000. This "earn and learn" experience will provide hands-on work instruction from knowledgeable company staff at the employer's place of business.

Individualized Training Assistance
For youth seeking to gain and/or update their work-readiness skills, taking a vocational skills training course may be the perfect option. Participants may qualify for training grants up to $4,000. Each individual will research a desired course of study aligned with their career objectives and identify training providers that best fit their goals. Training grants allow full-time study ina labor demand field at an approved training center.
