The Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) Individual Model is an evidence-based parenting program designed to provide parents with simple, practical strategies to strengthen family relationships and confidently manage children’s behavior.

The Triple P Individual Model is a ten (10)-week in-home service. A certified Triple P Practitioner meets with the family once per week for approximately one hour to deliver the program. In addition, a Care Manager is assigned to support the family with resource linkage and coordination of services.

Eligibility requirements include active Division of Child Protection and Permanency (DCP&P) involvement throughout enrollment, youth residing in the home, and youth between the ages of 0–12 years. All referrals must be submitted through REDCap on behalf of the active DCP&P Case Worker.
