SCARC is a non-profit organization supporting persons with developmental disabilities in Sussex County, NJ. They assist individuals with various developmental disabilities, including but not limited to intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, cerebral palsy, and genetic and chromosomal disorders.

Our programs help individuals and families meet their most pressing needs, and build stability and resiliency for the future – while also strengthening the communities in which they live and work.
