Pre-ETS is a service that provides students with disabilities with an early start at career exploration and preparation for adult life. Beginning at age 14, students with disabilities can connect with DVRS for Pre-ETS. Avidd is a DVRS vendor that provides a support network made up of trained and certified Employment Specialists, also referred to as "Job Coaches". Employment Specialists assist students with job exploration, work readiness, self-advocacy, work-based learning, and on-site support. The Employment Specialists work with everyone to develop a person-centered plan that identifies individual strengths and ensures support needs are met.

Avidd is looking for student interns for the Pre-ETS Paid internship Program!
This program enables in-school youth 14-21 years of age to participate in paid work experiences at an integrated community-based employer. We offer Workshop readiness training prior to being place in a 150- hours paid position!
