NORWESCAP Child and Family Resource Services is the educational and financial resource center for families and the child care community in Hunterdon, Sussex, and Warren counties.

Early Head Start provides a seamless system of comprehensive educational, health, mental health and social services to low income and/or disadvantaged children through age three and their families.

 

Program provides loans to individuals who are experiencing financial difficulties.

This program is a matched savings program that works with income eligible individuals to help them achieve wealth accumulation and assets.

Arthur & Friends provides meaningful community employment and training opportunities for individuals with disabilities and disadvantages so that they may live, work, and fully participate in their communities.

Echo Housing is a 620 sf modular home on a temporary foundation to provide the benefits of independent living with the support of the family environment for the elderly occupant.

The Program provides security measures, accessibility improvements, and home repairs for elderly individuals (60+) to enhance the health, safety, and well being of the individual(s). Services are not provided for purely aesthetic reasons.

This program provides energy conservation assistance to income eligible households.

 

Provides a variety of volunteering opportunities to individuals 55+ in Hunterdon, Morris, Sussex, & Warren counties.

The ARRA Weatherization Assistance Program is designed to provide energy conservation improvements for the homes of income eligible households in Sussex, Warren, Hunterdon, and Somerset Counties.
